No, the IISc Bangalore does not offer admission to the M.Tech. in Semiconductor Technology course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM. However, the minimum requirement of a SECOND CLASS in the qualifying examination is relaxed to PASS CLASS for SC/ST candidates.
