Does the institute offer 100%placement records in Marketing? On what basis is the placement decided?

Hello Richa,XIME gives 100% placements almost.some years the placement may be 95-98%.The information is completely true.Placement is not dependent on XIME management It depends on recruiting company.But you need to get minimum 4.8/8 cgpa to sit for placements.In addition to this you should be punctual and obey XIME rules.For ex.,One guy topper of our batch was absent for only one day without permission.so XIME suspended him from placements for first 2 days.So he depressed and didnot placed till now.Thus I want to tell you"XIME provides 100% placement as it has powerfull brand in industry but you have to qualify for placements both according to academics and disciplinary issues.Then coming to marketing'There is no difference between boys and girls.We are in 2015 remember.I accept normally girls will take HR or Finance as they are considered to be deskjob but it doesnot matter for company to take girls.Our batch contains girls from marketing departments placed in sales role in banks with pay greater than 6 lakhs per annum.Hardly one company out of 100 may say We want only male candidates.So dont worry regarding gender issues.Fee l free to ask more doubts richa
