Yes, it mean a lot. Because if a college or University is having tie up with some other collage or universities in foreign then it is helpful to college. As there is also exchange student programs.
Like in IMNU is having tie up with many collage in Germany, so many students as well as faculty from IMNU go over there and vice-verse process is also their.
Many new things can be learn in this process.
and yes, it really helpful to students, because students get expose to international market and many new opportunities are their.
