Yes, the JRE Group of Institutions accepts valid CAT/MAT/XAT scores.
The best thing about the JRE Group (http://www.jre.edu.in/index.aspx) is that they take into consideration not only your test scores, but also your class 10 and 12 percentage and your extracurricular activities. Therefore,

The selection to JRE is based on our aptitude test score which consits of written test, group discussion and personal interview. Candidates who have the score of CAT/MAT/XAT above 80 percentile are exempted from our aptitude test.
