You're put into groups for almost everything, case studies, simulations, live projects, club activities, so you learn fast that you can't win solo. It's a mix of both; there's competition in terms of grades and placements, but academically, it's quite collaborative because of group work, shared notes, and discussions, so while you're technically competing, you are also constantly working together.
