    No, NIT Hamirpur does not offer admission to the M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM for Open/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates. However, for SC/ST candidates, a CGPI of 6.0 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in the qualifying degree is applicable.
