    Yes, if you want to pursue a course from a university like DU, then your +2 marks matters a lot. But, if you want to take admission into a general university, then the general eligibility criteria for many courses is 60-70% in +2.

    No, your 12th percentile does not matter if the university conducts its own entrance exam. You just need to have aggregate percentage of 50 - 60%. Some universities like DU give admission on the basis of merit.

    Yes, it does, but if you have your score above 50%, then there is nothing to worry about.
