Hi Shiv, Yes, NDIM is approved by the AICTE, Government of India since 1996 and declared MBA equivalent, both by the Association of Indian Universities and the AICTE, since 2008.

Yes, PGDM is equivalent to MBA and is considered for every MBA positions. Most of the colleges and universities are providing PGDM only. But it would be preferable to go for MBA degree.
