No, the PGIMER Ch&igarh does not offer admission to the B.Sc. in Medical Technology (Operation Theatre) course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM. According to the eligibility criteria, c&idates must have passed 12th Class/10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, & Biology/Mathematics, & must have passed in each subject separately.
