Does the placements for MMS & PGDM are different? If so,Whats the difference?

Since,the courses are different by various perspectives like curriculum, syllabus, learnings, activities, structure and some limitations ; of course company has some criterias for both the courses. College offers placement opportunity to both mms and pgdm students to appear for companies. Now, companies sets some criterias for both the courses such as academic cut-off,their requirement as per the specialisations and company's norms. If they are having vacancies for both then mms and pgdm can appear for the same company else college offers some other opportunities to respective students. Also as per the company,company offerings differs to both the courses. College offers different or combine company's offer to pgdm and mms,depending on company's requirement. Finally depends on a student how he performs during recruitment process.
