Does the popularity of collage effects on your job placement?
If the collage is of low rate & we complete our diploma in it, then we go to find the job we are excellent in our work, but the other guy studied in popular collage and is less then we, so will the company prefer the guy had studied in the popular collage or the one who is excellent in its work?

Top MNCs give weight-age for Tier-1 colleges. Small companies look more for knowledge than college name or reputation.

it is not exactly as you think
dear it depends on requirement of companies
they wants to know your knowledge activity action approach also . but it will be differenced for course completion and other for example engineering completed from iit or from aieee or niit
same way MBA from business sch
