    Yes, Sagar Institute of Science and Technology (SISTec) in Bhopal, India has a zero-tolerance policy for ragging and prohibits ragging on and off campus. SISTec follows the guidelines and regulations of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and other higher authorities. SISTec takes strict action against anyone found guilty of ragging, including abetting ragging or being part of a conspiracy to promote ragging.
