    No, TIET Patiala does not offer admission to the BE in Electronics & Computer Engineering course without meeting the 60% eligibility requirement in PCM. The eligibility criteria for admission to BE/BTech programme at TIET Patiala requires the c&idate to have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
