<p>UMBC offers scholarships or funding opportunities to international students through some of the following ways:</p><ul><li>Scholarships for international students are offered at the time of admission which will be in the form of merit scholarships. Some scholarships are offered for current students as well.&nbsp;</li><li>The graduate international students can be eligible to receive funding through an Assistantship which can be a part of teaching, research and graduation. Assistantship offers are given by the respective academic department which based on the application documents.</li><li>The Financial Aid and student loan are available through University of Maryland Baltimore Country will only be offered through the US National financial aid programmes.&nbsp;</li></ul>
