Yes, the University of Milan offers “Excellence Scholarships” to the best performing international students, who are enrolled in the first year of a Master's degree program at the institute.
The scholarship grants around EUR 8,000 (INR 7.6 L) each to about 60 students, & covers the entire tuition fee
