Does the University of Waterloo consider if colleges as a requirement?
I am student currently doing my b.tech in computer science and engineering in the national institute of technology, Tiruchirapalli. Being on of the premier engineering colleges of india, it is considerably harder for me to score marks as grading is relative. For this reason, my percentage is only 66
