does they take the 3 year bachelor degree?? if not do they provide an extension course or bridge course to complete the 4 years requirement?

I don't think that they accept a 3 year degree but there might just be a chance. Why don't you mail to the admissions department of the university and clarify the same from well. If they give you a confirmation, you can go ahead and apply, else you would be required to pursue a 1 year PG diploma.
