Does this B-school guarantee placement for MBA? Can my field and min. CTC get changed after this course? Programming is tough in my company.

Placement is not a guarantee. It depends on how well you project yourself to the company. The placement percentage have been around 80- 85% till now. And yes there are chances for you to change your field from programming if you pursue MBA, as the course is all about management.
