Dear Chinmay, yes JBIMS accepts CAT score for admission. But CAT scores will be part of the All India Seats, which till last year comprised of 15% of the total sanctioned intake of the institute. -

There are certain number of seats reserved for students applying via CAT -
Yes CAT score is accepted for 15% seats but you will require 99.99 percentile to convert JBIMS.
