Does this college offers specialisation courses as well, specifically in HR? Which exam scores are accepted along with cutoff?

I've got above 68% in 10th, 65+% in 12th, and 78+% in graduation. Will be appearing for management entrance exams this year as well.

Yes in IILM, Gurgaon there are specialization courses. You can opt for dual specialization.
You have these options:- HR, marketing, operations and finance. IILM accept all entrance score like MAT,CAT, XAT any other management test. There is no cut off. If you will get high percentage you will scholarship in IILM. IILM takes your GD-PI. On that basis they evaluate you.
