There is no placement guarantee but yes, placements are provided by the college but it's up to you how you score and how you can get placed.

There is nothing like a placement guarantee in the actual sense. A placement occur when that particular organisation sees you as an asset and your CTC is affordable to them. Often institutes of national importance do have placement record of few not get placements in the campus study time. So, it finally depends on you. The institution can only provide assistance.
Never forget that getting the 15K salary per month is also a placement.
