Yes ,SDMIMD has tie ups with some good foreign universities & every year some students go for foreign study tour & college helps students in every aspect . Faculty of SDMIMD is one of the best in southern India & they are very much helpful in solving students doubts.

In the course of orientation(Initial 7-8 days) the college takes you to Dharmasthala. Where you really get to learn a lot. After which the college will takes you to industrial visits as and when required.
The total number of students is 180, Thus, personal attention and regular help by the teachers is without a doubt.
Also, if one has any doubts regarding anything, the teachers can be approached in their respective cabins for any clarification without any hesitations.
