    Hi,
    Yes, B.Com and B.Ed Special Education Integrated is full time four year course degree offered by Amity University, Noida and approved by NCTE.

    Dear,
    Special education programme needs approval by RCI, not from NCTE and the admission for Bachelor's degree in special education is not open.
    Amity University is recognised by the state Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and under sec 2-f of UGC.
    After mid week of April, you may contact the admission helpline for the admission.
