Does this university have AC hostel? I want to do a bachelor's degree in India but don't have an idea which university is good.

No, we don't have air-conditioned rooms here in IIT, Delhi. We were not even allowed to keep our own air coolers until last year. Although, every hostel has an air conditioned common room, but 1 common room for a hostel of 450-500 residents is not that comfortable. All the classrooms and labs are air conditioned though.
