Yes University of New Haven offers MS in Electrical Engineering and needs TOEFL of 75 iBT (or IELTS OF 6 Bands) alongwith GRE of 100+. If your BE/ B Tech percentage has been 55% or more, I would highly recommend MS in Electrical Engineering at University of New Haven, whose Engineering Department is

To qualify for the course, you need to take the GRE and TOEFL and score above 1200 and 90 respectively.
