Does TISS, Hyderabad give good placements for BA?

Decent placements Cons Faculty: TISS has a mix of good and bad teachers. Moreover, the main problem is the number of teachers which is extremely less. If you're expecting extraordinary faculty you'll be disappointed. Exposure: This is valid for the Guwahati and Tuljapur campus. Your traditional exposure in terms of participating in competitions will go down because of the remote locations of these campuses. Curriculum: The BA programme is a general BA without any specialization. If you are looking for specialized study in any of the social science subjects, you'll be in for a major disappointment. Many students aren't able to pursue economics or history at a master's level due to low competencies developed at the bachelor's level. That said, the sociology professors are great and the curriculum prepares you well if you're looking for sociology master's in the future. The economics faculty is good but the curriculum is very different from that of say DU; which is an impediment if you want to appear for entrance exams like MSE, DSE, Gokhale etc. JNU exam can be given with some hard work. Pros: The experience:I believe TISS is an experience that is best lived when you're young. Many master's students of TISS tell us how they had better come here before. The people, the mood, the attitude, the atmosphere is all of gratitude. You will take back a lot as a person from TISS, knowingly or unknowingly. I have something that I tell everyone You can leave Tuljapur but Tuljapur doesn't leave you. Brand:The TISS brand is big. Belive me every TISS student experiences rolling eyeballs at the mention of the TISS credential. As a careerist, this may help you.
