    To qualified individuals enrolled in a variety of disciplines, including the PhD programme, TISS indeed grant a stipend. The TISS stipend is between INR 2,400 to INR 7,500. Students with impairments are also qualified for an extra allowance that lasts the whole length of their study. Admission to the programmes provided by TISS is entrance-based and the aspiring candidates need to qualify TISSNET to be eligible for these programmes.
