Does Tufts University offer scholarships for international students?

<p>Tufts University does not offer any merit-based scholarships to any international students. However, overseas students who are financially on the weaker end can apply for need-based scholarships while applying to the university. Tufts fulfills the demonstrated financial need of all the admitted students. This demonstrated need is the difference between the annual cost to attend Tufts (including books, personal expenses, and transportation to campus) and the amount a student&rsquo;s family is expected to contribute each year. While competition for international student financial aid is extremely competitive, the university is committed to maintaining and expanding its global campus community. Also, financial aid is not available to international students who do not receive aid upon admission. The family contribution that is determined upon admission will remain the same as long as the student is eligible to receive financial aid.&nbsp;</p>
