    Yes, United College of Engineering and Research (UCER) Allahabad offers FWT seats: 

    Seats

    The Dr. Ambedkar Centre of Excellence (DACE-AU) at the University of Allahabad has 100 seats for the Free Coaching Scheme for SC and OBC students. 

    Course

    The B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering is a full-time, four-year course at UCER Allahabad.
