Does UMU provide any financial support to its students?

<p>Yes, Usha Martin University offers various scholarships to provide financial aid to meritorious students. Two types of scholarship are offered Merit-based and Domicile-based. Following are the details about UMU scholarships:</p><p>1. Merit-Based Scholarship</p><ul type="disc"><li>100% for all male students enrolled in any programme and scoring above 95% marks in their qualifying examination.</li><li>50% of all male students enrolled in any programme and scored marks in the range of 90%-95% in their qualifying examination.</li><li>All-female students enrolled in any programme and having more than 90% marks in their qualifying exams will be eligible for a 50% scholarship. However, if a female student has marks between 80% and 90%, she will receive a 20% scholarship.</li></ul><p>2. Domicile Based Scholarship- 10% for students having domicile of Jharkhand and enrolled in any programme. However, those who get merit scholarships are not eligible for domicile-based scholarships.</p><p><strong>Note:</strong> <em>These scholarships are not offered to Nursing students.</em></p>
