United Colleges Group (UCG) has a "no-refunds" policy for short courses, except in the following circumstances:
1.The student withdraws before the course begins due to exceptional circumstances beyond their control
2.The group's actions prevent the student from taking the course.
To request a fee refund from a college either you can write a letter to the college principal explaining why you want a refund and after approval, show the administration department the fee payment receipts
