Yes, UTM Malaysia offers scholarships to international students. The details of some of the offered scholarships are given below:
- UTM Young Scholars Grant: Open to international students registered in PhD and Master by Research programs in UTM. But, for international students only those enrolled in doctoral programme are eligible
- International Doctoral Fellowship: The application for this fellowship is open to full-time international PhD students at UTM Malaysia who are currently in the 1st semester until 6th semester only.
