Does universities abroad consider top IELTS score or fresh IELTS score?

I would like to go to abroad for post graduation I have dome B.E in Mechanical Engineering?

Hi, As per your query please remember: 1. IELST scores are valid for two years. 2. So your scored should not be more then 2 years old. 3. You may take IELTS test multiple times and the highest would be considered for admission, provided it should not be more then 2 years old. As per your profile
