University College of Engineering does not guarantee 100% placement, but it has an excellent placement record. The placement percentage often ranges from 40% to 70%, depending on the course and year. The college has established partnerships with a number of businesses, including TCS, Infosys, and Wipro, who actively recruit students. While many graduates find work, some may face challenges because of their expertise or academic performance. Overall, while placements are effectively facilitated, most engineering colleges, including UCE, still struggle to reach 100% placement rates.

While UCE has a strong placement record, 100% placement is not always guaranteed. Placement rates can vary depending on the branch of study, student performance, and the job market. The IT and Computer Science branches tend to have higher placement rates compared to core engineering branches.
