The University of Hamburg offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses and accepts applications from all around the world. Students seeking admission at the University of Hamburg are required to qualify for the International language proficiency exams such as IELTS/TOEFL (depending on the course they choose to pursue). Furthermore, International students, including Indian students are required to show German language proficiency for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Hence, SAT is not required for Indian students to take admission to the University of Hamburg.
