Does University of Western Australia offer paid placements or unpaid?

<p>The University of Western Australia offers both paid and unpaid placements depending on the host organizations. The placements are offered to the students of the University of Western Australia by more than 500 host organizations across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. For those placements that are not paid, the students will be covered by the University&rsquo;s Public Liability and Personal Accident Insurance till the time the placement continues. UWA ensures that the required documents are arranged with the host organisation before the commencement of the placement. For paid placements, the students will be offered a contract of employment by the host organization.</p>
