  • Yes, University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering (UVCE) accepts the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) for engineering admission. KCET is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission to engineering and other professional courses in Karnataka.

    To be eligible for admission to UVCE through KCET, candidates must have passed the Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for general and OBC candidates and 40% marks in aggregate for SC/ST candidates.
