Yes, through CCE, the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES Dehradun) offers distance learning courses to students. The distance education courses are approved by the Distance Education Council. UPES University was established in 2003 by the UPES ACT of the State Legislature of Uttarakhand. University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), through nine schools of study, offers UG, PG, Ph.D. and other courses to students across the Management, Engineering, and Science streams.
