Does USLM, Karnavati University refund fees?

    According to the official cell of USLM, The university mentions that fees once deposited shall not be refunded in any circumstance except caution money.

    But exceptions can be made according to the reason to withdraw, one mustn't lose hope and should always write an application to the official cell for the same.
