Does Uttarakhand Residential University refund fees?

<p>Uttrakhand Residential University has a specific policy regarding refund of fees. Under any circumstances, the application and admission fees are refundable. It is possible to return the fee if the student withdraws before classes commence. However, in case admission is cancelled after classes begin, no fee will be refunded.
