Yes, definitely VIT Chennai offers far better placements than HIMT college. Like in 2022, a total of 118 companies visited VIT campus whereas just 10companies visited HIMT campus. The highest package in VIT was INR 75 LPA whereas in HIMT the highest package was just 12.75 lpa. The median package in 2022 for VIT Chennai was 8 LPA whereas the median package for HIMT was just 4.5 lpa. Therefore placement wise VIT Chennai is a much better college than HIMT .
