They call you on the basis of profile but your percentile is a part of it. For PGDM courses, this is the process. But, to be honest, your score is very low to get called. For MMS, the cut-off last year was 97.143.

No, they will never call you for MMS course, because MMS is under Mumbai University & admission procedure is followed by DTE. So, it is better for you to concentrate on MAH_CET exam, if you are looking for MMS. -
Welingkar shortlist mostly on the basis of percentile. But for the PGDM courses, you can surely opt for the college which is followed by GD-PI sessions. For MMS it's a little bit tough since it requires a good MH CET score. It's good to know you have a strong academic profile but then selection criteria is on the basis of percentile for MMS.
