Does Welingkar upgrade a student with 2nd preference to 1st in core PGDM or give priority to wait listed candidate of core PGDM?

Hello friend,They will prefer those candidates who are in waiting list.There is no chance of upgrading.If the seats won't fill till the last moment then they can think about upgrade.But chances are less.You can atleast apply for upgrade.Then wait for their decision.Best of luck!
