Work Experience unarguably plays a key role during the selection process as well as placements. You can definitely leverage on your work experience.

Globally MBA with work experience are always getting better jobs in superior organizations with greater package and inexperienced students in most institutions are not admitted for MBA programs. It should be the same in India too but not always. Its the sad state of HR in India many of those fail t

Hi,
Prior work experience do enhances the career prospects once a candidate look for a job after MBA, however many freshers also get very good job offers.
However please remember work experience is not a mandatory criteria to pursue MBA.
