Does work experience help for better placements? Do fresher would have same opportunities?

Dear Abhishek,
Yes. Having a work experience will certainly help you in the placements when you're sitting for an interview. But no company coming to B.K. asks for the guys with work exp. only.
So a fresher and a guy with a work exp. will sit together in the interviews but the guy with a work exp. w
