Does work experience matter for getting selected to an MBA college? I'm currently working as an automation tester.

I am a fresher. In 10th, I scored 72% and in 12th, I got 74%. In B.Tech, I had an aggregate of 7.0 CGPA. Will being an automation tester affect my chances of getting into a good college of MBA?

Work experience do matter but it's not the only factor that decides admission in MBA colleges. Your academics, internship, other skills etc. Also matter. Moreover the weightage of entrance exam score, GD, PI in combined is more.
