Does work experience play an important role in getting admission in IIMs? What are my chances of admission?

Having work experience is not mandatory to pursue MBA from any IIM or non-IIM in india. However, it is always beneficial to have it as significant weightage is allotted to it by the various B-schools during their admission processes. So yes, it does play an important role.
