Does Work experience plays role in placements or freshers have difficulty to get placed at SIBM pune?

Work experience does play some role as companies also look for exposed candidates. But companies will be also looking for freshers as well. For freshers, if your CV is good and your soft skills are better then there will be no problem getting placements.
