Does XLRI assist provides placements to EDHRM students?

Yes, it does provide the placement assistance.

As per my knowledge, there is no typical college placement provided for any of the certification courses. But you can always get in touch with the alumni and look for better employment opportunities. For all VIL (PGC) programs, we have Virtual Placement Notice Board [VPNB] on which jobs are posted by alumni and by some recruiters. I am not sure if anything similar is available for EDHRM students.
