This is a postgraduate Diploma offered by autonomous institutions like XLRI.</p><p>While both programs, MBA as well as PGDM equip you with valuable business management skills and knowledge, an MBA might hold slightly more weightage in certain job applications or further academic pursuits due to its degree status. However, XLRI's PGDM is highly respected in the corporate world, and graduates often have successful careers.</p>
